Surgery Appointments

**WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY AT PRESENT. PLEASE BEAR WITH US IF OUR PHONE LINES ARE NOT ANSWERED AS QUICKLY AS USUAL.** Please see this page for out of hours GP information. See home page for opening hours over any holiday period. Reminder: we are closed on Friday 17th March.

Note: we are not accepting new patients currently.

All patients should make an appointment with a doctor or nurse.  This can be arranged with our Reception by phone on 01 402 2300. Lines are open between 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (closed between 1pm - 2pm and closed on bank and public holidays).

Telephone or video consultations are available and are a safe, convenient way to manage many medical issues. They can be arranged by calling Reception or by filling in this form

If the problem is urgent please contact Reception and we will do our best to assist you.

We have an opt-out automatic text messaging service which we use to remind patients about their upcoming appointments, and other communications relating only to health information. If you do not wish to receive text messages from us, please inform Reception.

While you are free to attend any of the doctors in the practice, it is often best to follow illnesses through with the same doctor, where possible.  If the doctor of choice is not available you may see one of the other doctors or wait until your own doctor is available.

If you cannot attend your consultation, please let us know as soon as possible as another patient may be able to avail of the appointment.
